Strangest shooting form in the NBA? He can score though, just plays small for his height.

not exclusively, but yes

So would it be feasible for him to be signed primarily as our SF? I like him as a backup option to Iggy if he could do it.

From NKMNC to DO NOT WANT how the mighty have fallen

Are we looking at signing Martin because we're going to trade Gordon? Does this = Gordon for Iggy?
Posted on 6/30/13 at 12:43 pm to Suntiger
Don't think we'd give up Gordon to get a 29 year old SF and 30 year old SG.

Dafuq.
Dude would get killed at SF full time.
I wouldn't get this at all.

kevin martin at $6-8M per as a bench scorer/safety net for EG is a really good deal
does he go for that low? i doubt it

We don't have the money to have him as a bench scorer.

Definitely, there is no way this is the Pelicans play. They are not looking at him to play SF. He is a scoring upgrade to any backup guard the pelicans have right now though.

If you can get them on 3 year or less deals you do. Playoff legitimacy now, come off the books in time to add the last piece before Davis gets his max deal and takes you over the cap for good.

having him as a bench scorer and safety net for EG is worth more than what we're likely to get at the 3 for that much
hell, we could gamble on webster as a stop-gap for a year until more options develop

Would rather Aminu/Martin than iggy

What about Aminu/Martin over Iggy/Gordon?
Posted on 6/30/13 at 12:53 pm to Noplacelikehome
The only way I can see this is if its a 7 mill type deal on a S&T deal with Vasquez and use the MLE on someone like Copeland to play SF + AFA for super cheap. I'm no cap guy I have no idea.
