I would occasionally get some good natured teasing about being a grown man who games, but people around me now just accept that's a passion of mine. It also helps that gaming doesn't get in the way of anything important.
The wife told me before we were married that she was looking forward to me playing a game, and her on the couch watching. I have yet to call her bluff.
