Not big news but, MJ suing CHI grocery for $5 million for using his name near a coupon. Judge calls him greedy. Pretty tired of people worshiping him. Whats wrong with him?

I think with enough time.. in today's time.. that people will eventually just hate on anyone and everyone. Even the most likable people. (not saying Jordan is likable, but he was idolized.)

That's a pretty obvious ripoff of MJ, can't blame him for being mad. He doesn't need the money, but the company didn't ask him and that's why he is suing them

You realize major universities would do the same thing for using their trademark? If a local Western or Piggly Wiggly used the Alabama script A or Auburn logo the same stuff would happen.

Pretty sure MJ's intent here was to make an example out of the supermarket for using him name, so that others won't do it. I think in this case he's a victim of his own success...he is getting a little too much grief IMO. Is he a prick? A lot of people say he is. But his name is something he has built into a brand and people cant just use it for whatever. This suit was a message for that.
