Went fishing yesterday in Venice. Have 200 lbs of tuna steaks. I'm driving back to Monroe and need some recipes. Can't get on the TD cook book

Eat it. Go grab some soy sauce and wasabi and eat the tuna. That's your recipe.
If you have to cook it, get a cast iron skillet screaming hot, put a little olive oil, some kosher salt and lots of cracked black pepper all over the outside and sear each side for 10-30 seconds. Slice thin and enjoy. And give away everything you can't eat fresh. Frozen tuna just isn't the same.

Marinate in soy sauce and ginger for about 10 minutes. Take out and cover with sesame seeds and cracked black pepper. Put on a hot, oiled grill about 1 minute per side.
I know that's simple but might as well get it out of the way.

Sorry, but those fish will not yield 200 lbs of tuna meat.
