I'd like to see Jamarcus go to Denver or New Orleans. He can sit behind a great QB that not only has the physical tools, but are great field generals.
Wayy too tall for new orleans

I heard from some insiders that the main reason teams have stayed away is Jamarcus' Bama Boy necklace years ago. They say it showed a lack of loyalty, meaning he lacks the trait of a leader.

Someone commented "yeah let's give him a 2nd chance but not Tebow, Wtf"
Here's why, Tebow was in top physical shape, nothing he could do would change how shitty he was.
Jamarcus on the Other hand was in shitty physical and mental condition. He has.changed that, he deserves a second chance. When in top physical condition, he is a beast.

I'm rooting for him, but it wasn't his physical condition that hurt him the first time, it was the mental aspect of learning the playbook. JR has the physical tools.

You mean it would be great to see Jamarcus become a good clipboard manager

"He was no good at 265 to start with..."
How do these retards get jobs like that? That may be the stupidest comment I've heard from a so-called NFL 'analyst' in my lifetime and that's really saying something.

What about the fact that JR wears nothing but LSU gear now?

Keep it up, JaMarcus! (protein shakes, not beer)

I love JaMarcus, too... but this comment is just not accurate.
JaMarcus was a great PLAYER here at LSU, and I consider him one of our best QB's... but leadership is not his strong suit.
How about you quote the right person next time?

Are these people serious?

I doubt he's smart enough, but I do hope he succeeds.

Physically Brees plays the game very well despite being a shorter QB. He also has a very good mind for running the offense.
Why would Jamarcus being tall affect his ability to learn from Brees?

Well he has come out and said he would like to go and sit behind a top starting QB at first.
Considering the issues he had as a young starter and his time away from football I think it is a wise move.
Another option would be for him to join a team where the starter is in question. Let him come in and compete for a job.
Simply handing him the keys until he proves himself could be a bad idea.

If JR plays somewhere, other than Saints, they will be my 2nd fav team. Should be fun

I was half joking but New Orleans has an affinity for short QBs like the Pats have for white skill players
He could go to the Steelers. They love them some big black backup QBs

The Steelers seem like a logical choice strictly based on QB body types.

Mike Tomlin is great coach too. I love how he has a "The buck stops with me" mentality, and he respects his players.
