My cousin is the hothead. Threw a club up a tree a couple of years ago and suffered the embarrassment of the greenskeeper retrieving it with a ladder... as half the course watched.
He will also give up during a bad round and then rush you to finish. Otherwise a good guy but I wonder if certain personality types are really fit for golf. It's not a great past time for extreme ADHD types.

Played with a 65 year old man I was outdriving by 50-70 yards the other day. He was telling me how great he had been playing and he never plays this bad and blah blah. Told me how he eagled this 530 yard par 5 when he hadn't hit a shot 250 yards all day.
Well we get to a hole with a creek that is a 240 carry and said he was going for it but i might want to lay up. He was being dead serious. Just that type of guy

I would say I a Tiger. I can slam a club now and then. The more I play and better I score the worse it gets. Not to Tigers level of bitching though.
I say little about swing unless somebody is bending the left arm. But we are talking people who bend 45-90 degrees
Usually tell them "even if you make contact, it is wrong to bend an elbow like that."
And I can't stand plumb-bobbers. Unless I find myself grouped with Jim Furyk stop it!

it really is all about turning your shoulders back and proper weight shift

I think the never satisfied golfer is the most annoying/one to avoid. When they chip to 5 feet and groan like they should've drained it. Certainly everybody has their moments of this, but when youre a weekend golfer and complain after every shot not being perfect, it gets old.

In his playing days, my dad was a classic hothead. He threw all his clubs into the woods one time. One reason I never took up the game.
