PG's usually don't shoot for great percentages. The only thing I'd want this guy to improve on is his turnovers almost equal his assists. I'd like to see that turnover number down at 2 or below. Which probably would happen here because I'm sure at Central Connecticut State he's the man by far and away.
He shoots well enough overall at 41.1% for a PG and hits 3's at a nice 36.5% clip.

bubba just posted on their site about malik morgan considering a transfer to tulane. didn't see that coming. LSU trying to keep him.

I hope we can hold on to him. He's an LSU legacy (mom played volleyball here). He went to Curtis, which we recruit from for 4 different sports. And he's got younger siblings with loads of potential in both men's and women's bball.

Okay the transfers now are getting a little bad if this goes through. He is a promising young player.

Tulane? They just had every player jump ship. Malik would have to pass to himself.

yeah i don't know i think tulane is just the leading rumor at this point. we need shooters to compliment the athletes and posts so im hoping he sticks around.

That would be bad. Why would he transfer? He actually got good playing time last season....

why would morgan transfer? Are he and collins both afraid of quarterman

Collins has a lot to be afraid of with Quarterman. Morgan is a completely different player.

Morgan? HE should get at least the amount of time he got last season, and should be a starter as soon as Stringer graduates. Hell he might more time than last year assuming he improves because ideally Johnny Jones doesnt want to play Stringer for 30 minutes.

I think Carmouche and Collins leaving would open up more time than Quartermann takes up.

Why would he transfer?
Hopefully he finds out soon enough that he could wind up being an NBA player down the road if he keeps progressing at LSU.
