this. you definitely have to have an idea of prices at your local kroger or publix ahead of time but there are some really unique things they offer you dont find other places.
some GREAT deals on coffee beans and olive oil but i wouldn't do alot of product or meat shopping there.

yup. exactly how i use it. great variety of frozen dishes for a good lunch, and some good pre-prepared wraps and other cold items. also excellent variety of chips and other snacks/desserts you won't get at other stores. that's pretty much how I use it. don't expect it to replace going to rouse's or kroger's or wherever you may do your normal shopping.
