Coincidentally I would bring back Firefly. Second Choice would be Freaks and Geeks (I know it's beyond 10 years, but close enough.)

Smallville keeping the cast, for as long as it was on TV there is still plenty of stuff that could be done.
Friday Night Lights too, i'd want to keep the cast but I don't think the show would work out where they ended up.

chuck had a good long run. 5 seasons was satisfying for a show of it's kind.

I'd bring back Carvinale for a 3rd season on HBO. I think it could be perfectly wrapped up and finished with a 3rd season, just continue on the same path that they were on.
As far as TV, Fox has had a lot of shows over the past few years that I got into and they ended after only 1 season. I'd bring the Chicago Code back for sure, and I'd bring back Terra Nova as well. I quit watching it midway though the season because I knew it had been axed. I just didn't want to get attached for no reason, so I'm not even sure what direction I'd go with it. Alcatraz could have been better too, if it had time to settle in and it wasn't racing itself so that it could get one more year. I feel like there was just entirely too much pressure on the writers to fulfill it's potential.
Also, I wish ABC's "Last Resport" could have another season to see if it could stay as good as the first and only season. You could tell they jammed like 4 weeks worth of shows into the season (and series) finale. It was primed for lasting multiple seasons, it really sucks that it only lasted one.
Oh and Playmakers on ESPN would have been nice to have more than 1 season.

Running Wylde (fox-Will Arnette is a rich single guy living on his dad's oil money). Only ran for 1 season. Hilarious!
Or
