I think the whole point of them showing Pam in the women's bathroom listening to Jim and Darryl was to foreshadow Pam finally realizing that she needs to suck it up and go with Jim. That was a long sentence.

As for the episode, I think Andy made a fantastic exit with that song. A lot of the shots of the looks the characters gave each other during the song said a lot. I think Dwight and Angela end up together and Jam makes a graceful exit.

My wife and I actually got in a little bit of an argument about this over the past few weeks. She sides with Pam, being a mom stuck at home with no help from her husband. I side with Jim, trying to do something he not only loves, but will provide a hell of a lot more security for his family than being a paper salesman in Scranton ever will.
The sunuvabitch of it is that Pam's job is a bullshite position she only got because she pulled a Dorothy Boyd and joined the Michael Scott Paper Company. I'm quite sure she doesnt love being secret office manager to the regional manager. Jim supported her when she decided to move to New York and go to art school before dropping that. Its not like they seem to have a ton of friends, since they balk at every invitation they ever get to do stuff with the other people on the show.
Moving to Philly would be the best thing for them.
