Principal Carl Moss, easily my favorite minor character, follwed by Octavio and JoeJack... Gah KoTH had so many great minor and secondary characters.
You're right
The Souphanousinphones are great as well. Probably my favorite TV neighbors ever.
Their first episode is classic. "So are ya Chinese or Japanese?"

Strickland is a fun character.

My question is how does Bill stay in the Army? He's an overweight, out-of-shape, mental case.
Bill is a barber. They had an episode about him trying to get into regs.

Hell, I know someone with horrible hearing, diabetes, high blood pressure, digestive problems, poor eyesight and probably obese. He is about to be shipped to Afghanistan.

Spot on. That whole exchange was great (something like this):
Hank: 'So are ya Chinese or Japanese?'
Khan: 'I'm Laotian'
Bill: 'Ocean? What ocean?'
Khan: 'No no. I'm Laotian. I'm from Laos.'
silence all the way around
Hank: 'Soooooo, are you Chinese or Japanese?"

The episode of him with Ray Roy, his bastard son, was classic.

True , didn't mean we necessarily needed more of him, just saying he was one of fav. minor characters. Speaking of minor characters who were great in small doses, how about a little love for Appleseed
I'd love to see a new spinoff based in the future with Bobby either in college or grown up, Hank as manager/owner of Strickland, Dale under house arrest or in an on going court case for finally going too far with one of his schemes, Bill retired from the Army and taking over Jack's old barbershop.. Can't really think of anything right now that Boomhauer, Kahn, and the rest of the crew could be up to.. Give me a a little while

Love it when Appleseed makes an appearance. "Raise the Steaks" and "Phish and Wildlife" are up there for my favorite episodes.

Luanne would be a mess. I'm sure she and Lucky have about 11 kids.
Boom is still a Texas Ranger.
Kahn finally hit it big and took over Ted's job after he stroked out on the Nine Rivers golf course.

Amen brother. I love in the episode "Bill's House" when Bill has a huge break down stressing out about trying to take care of all the recovering addicts and Appleseed looks at him and calmly replies "I'm an alcoholic."
