So what did you fine folks get to try this weekend.
I had Ya-ka-mein for the first time. Thought it was pretty good, but I probably wouldn't get it out there again.

Tried the crawfish bread and it was good as usual.
Crawfish Sack was awesome.

Didn't get to sample much this weekend, but I will try to explore more things next weekend.
I usually get the prejeans gumbo cause that stuff is so damn good.

Any other good finds?

crawfish enchilada is good as usual.

I wanted to get the fried chicken but the line was too long. I remember it being good.

The crawfish sack, oyster patty, and crawfish beignets combo was awesome. I think it was $12-13 and good to split with someone.

where is this stand? I was by the back of the acura stage the entire time and only went to the areas between the acura stage and the congo stage.

I snuck in blueberry stoli, it was delicious haha.

I need to find the jazz and heritage stage but I think i'm going to park it by the acura stage again.

tigertree- can you put the link up again or the pic? its not working.

Tigerwise- it's def not worth it to me, but again, i'm not a fan of fried whatever poboys. it was good though

Only going one day this year so I put in work.

Crawfish struedel- one of my favorites and I think the best crayfish dish at jazz fest. Can't recommend it enough

Mango freeze- delicious

Cuchon de lait po boy- very good large amount of meat.

Mange freeze II: The reckoning- still delicious

Cuban sandwich- good

White chocolate bread pudding- amazing some of the best bread pudding I've ever had

I tried the Duck & Shrimp Pasta this weekend at Food Area One. It is a new addition to the fest this year, so I gave it a go since I'm going to be out there two more days next weekend. It was good, but I felt it needed more sauce. Other than that, I'd recommend it for anyone that is a fest vet and looking for something new.
