What if, what if, what if... the Hill victim drops all charges.

If victim drops charges against Hill would all this go away.. It happens every day. Maybe if he is a great LSU fan maybe he'll just take this punch for the team. Or is battery something you can't drop. I think aggravated battery is much worse. What say you Pre Law ranters.

If it's dropped then nothing will happen probably other than a 1 game suspension or he'll be backing up Blue for sure now

The State of LA has brought the criminal charges against Hill, not the victim. The victim could request that the state drop the charges, but it's the state's (i.e. the DA or ADA) decision whether to do so or not.
