Agent threatens legal action against police after LSU's Simon arrested

"I have obtained a written statement from almost 20 witnesses," Schaffer said, "all of whom corroborated Tharold's version of the incident, in which he did absolutely nothing wrong and nothing illegal. I'm 100 percent confident that there will be no charges filed and Tharold will be completely exonerated. I'm looking into the filing of a civil lawsuit against the officer and the Eunice Police Department. Tharold is an outstanding young man, and it's appalling to me that an officer would act this way, particularly at this time."

20 of his friends saw no problem with him virtually telling the cop GFY then peeling out. I'm quite sure all the events happened, but since Tharold "RUNS EUNICE" it will be washed away. Enjoy the 5th Round Draft Party!

I don't doubt that for a bit... I just think both sides are at fault here and Tharold will probably prevail especially if the charges get dropped
