quote:I have a Breville JE98XL ($150). I started out with a Black and Decker from Walmart ($35). There are juicers cheaper (not much) and more expensive than both of those. Both worked, but the cheaper one was much more of a hassle to clean. I can prep, juice and clean in under 10 minutes. Depending on what fruit I use, 20 oz costs me between $3-$7 dollars. My juice usually consists of lots of apples carrots and citrus with beet/ginger/whatever green I have. Juice loses a lot of it's nutritional value if it's not drunk fairly soon after juicing.
What juicer do you have ? How much fruits and vegs you need to make 32oz? Cost?

Emboslice must be motivated! Lol
Yes but I do get off track from time to time. It's just about discipline and sticking to it. I hear a lot of people complain it takes too long but they watch 3 hours of TV every day. Just takes a little effort, is all. If I don't juice for a few days I can tell. It just gives you energy, clears your head and makes you glow from inside out.
<-- juice in glass

Ended up at a joint called Fire Fly in Panama. Kinda mehish on the crab cakes but the andouille crusted grouper was killer.

I have no idea why, but for some reason breakfast for dinner was called "Sunday night supper" in my family. I have never heard this anywhere else and now have the urge to ask the origins.
only night of the week when I was a kid we had breakfast for supper was on sunday nights.
Usually pancakes though.

2 chicken salad sandwiches and come dill pickle zapps when I get home in an hour or so.
First meal of the day. Not as hungry as I thought I would be.
