Several OL have been quoted on various ESPN shows as saying there was no way in hell that Kelly's fast paced offense would work in the NLF.Their point being that no OL could keep up that pace all season long against top flight DL game after game. One said to even try & practice it during the preseason would wear the OL down before the season even started. And Kelly is no "nice guy". Between his Saban like annual interest in going to the pros & his personality, many of the Duck's biggest boosters were getting tired of him. He is most definitely not the most personable coach in the world. According to several articles in the papers up there, anyway. But I want him to have some success, as I do not want him back in college football. I can just see him coming to the SEC & making it even more difficult.

NO idea where you are getting this from.

Which is why he's instituted rigorous training and diets for all the team. He hired a "sports science coordinator" for this purpose. He will get guys that can handle the pace. If they can't, they will be working elsewhere.

I remember when people said A&M was going to get crushed trying to run an up tempo offense in the SEC due to those very same reasons.

Works in New England. In fact, Belichick went to Kelly for pointers on running an up tempo offense a couple off seasons ago.
Worked for the Colts.
Worked for the Bills back in the day.
The Saints and Falcons like to go up tempo in spurts.
