I enjoyed it. It's not exactly breaking new ground in the horror genre but it's worth the 7 dollars I paid to see it.

Not great, but not bad for the horror crap that's out there these days.

Worth the watch but i thought it would be scarier.

Went into it not expecting much, and was pleasantly surprised. as others have said, its nothing special but it isn't terribly by any means

A thread full of enthusiastic reviews.

Not to derail, but is it incredibly hard to write a good horror ending. IMO, and it seems from a lot of horror reviews on here, that the majority of films these day end on a terrible note. Almost all reviews go like, the movie was really great but the ending sucked. No idea why it's so tough to write a good ending to a good movie.

I agree, and I think it's because it's hard to come up with something scarier than what each audience member comes up with in their own head during the movie. In my opinion, the scariest/most disturbing movies are the ones that leave the work to the imagination.
For example, in Seven, one of the most disturbing parts to me was when the killer made the dude wear that crazy knife strap-on and screw that girl to death. But, they don't show it happening, they just show the guy wearing the contraption after it happened.

It was terrifying. I closed my eyes quite a bit.
