Maybe you can earn their respect back by playing it in full HD/QHD on PC and letting them watch, ya weeb.

They need to show me respect.

The Zelda Amiibos drop exclusive in game items. One of them, like the Twilight Bow is awesome for farming certain items off dragons. It has a range of 8,000yds compared to the nearest 40yd high end and common 20yd range.

So that Windows Update along with a couple of bios updates to enable faster RAM that Ryzen needs has now made Ryzen nearly dead even in gaming with a 5GHz 7700K. Nice.

I just couldn't find any benches.

Okay I'll wait for DGF or PCPer but they shouldn't be far off. This is awesome.

I talked with GamersNexus earlier and he said they are waiting for the next round of EFI bios updates and the other big Windows patch update in the next few weeks before they re-do their benchmarks.

Never heard of them but googled. Guess they are new?

Idk I just trust the older guys who don't hype things up. Does they hype things up?

Can't leave PCPer, Level1 and DGF is knocking it out the park with no bullshite hype analysis.

GN is semi new, they are pretty anti-AMD and were one of the main ones being hard on Ryzen initially. They are the ones that did the live video conference call with Joker shortly after to discuss the differences and what not that got a lot of press.

It can't reliably get more than 4.0 in general. However, those vids show a Ryzen at 3.9 reaching a 7700K at 5.0.

Only one of the three 7700K at HardOCP was able to get to 5.0 and it needed to be delidded to get there.

My 1700X is beast mode at 3.9. Another encouraging tidbit is that I don't really need to be concerned with getting 3200 RAM as my 2666 CL14 is within a few fps.

I've got a 4700K combo for sale if anyone is interested. It's got 16GB (2x8) of 1866 DDR3 and can clock to 4.5 for me. Mainboard is a GA-Z87X-UD4H.
$340.

Will take a PS4 plus $100 or will add $100 in trade for a 1080.

From the sounds of things AMD is ramping up to reveal Radeon RX Vega within a matter of weeks.

Those benchmarks are encouraging. I'm still trying to decide on a processor for my new desktop.
