And that my friend is what makes it fricking awesome. Who cares if it results in performance increases? Blinky lights FTW!

We have 1yr service free with the ac. They actually would have came fix it for free but couldn't until late Monday or Tuesday. We went ahead and called a guy in, couldn't wait 2days.
Anyone excited about the new nexus 7? I'm getting one on Verizon.. I believe. Rumored this Wednesday launch.

I got an iPad from work so I'm not in the market for a tablet but I am in the market for a new phone.

ive got the N7 and love it. best tablet on the market for the money. i think im going to go with a note 2 or whatever the newest 5"+ phone is whenever my upgrade is due so i dont have to keep stealing the wife's N7. i think 2 laptops, 2 smartphones, and 1 tablet is enough mobile computing devices for a family of fricking two

2 laptops, 2 iPads, and 2 iPhones for us. And I was mad when she gave my old laptop to her mom.

im always looking for a way to multi-task or combine devices, thus the idea to move to a note 2. however i ordered an asus memo pad 7" for my mom and immediately regretted not ordering two (they were $90). great little tablet for the price with minimal bloatware.

I don't need what we have. I could probably do without a laptop but I got it before I built my pc.

I sold my iPad almost 1yr ago. We never use it but miss browsing on it before bed. I just think 10" tablet is the wrong form factor. 7" seems like it will work much better.

I agree. It's just too big which is by a common problem for me. Sometimes I wish I didn't have it cause I just browse mindlessly in bed when I should be sleeping.

10 is good for a laptop replacement. good size for a keyboard/case. as a pure tablet its too large

My laptop is 15.5". If I had to do it again I would get 14 or so. At the time I was gaming on it though.

wifes is 14 mine is 17. its not overly portable but it sure is nice to have a large screen when on the road

Yea when I travel I'm glad I have it.

I thouroughly regretted getting a 17" laptop. Downsized to a netbook after that and now I'm using a 15.

Hey guys - tonight I'm going to install my SSD, after I'm done with that - where do I need to go to run some benchmarks?
I assume I need to run a benchmark or two to even join this discussion?

Another good question for him is what does he need to do to format the ssd before he loads his OS? drivers?
Posted on 7/22/13 at 3:40 pm to Mr Gardoki
Actually - that would be the real question, it's a 120GB harddrive, I have win7.
What steps do I need to take?
ETA: I'm thinking.. 30 - 40GB for win7?
Also, what should I put on the SSD? Like, which games should I put on there? Would games like Tomb Raider be better.. or MMOs? Since this is my first SSD, kinda confused what all i should do.
ETAA: I've heard about partitioning this, partitioning that.. so I have 0 clue about any of that as well. My friend said he didn't partition a thing on his SSD and it works just fine?
