Seems like the 7770 or 7850 would be a better option.

I was looking the other day and if I remember correctly the 7850 is better

I can get it for $100, and I can't find a 7790 or 7850 that cheap. I'm talking used too, not new
The cheapest 2gb 7850 I've found is $130

$100 for that card is pretty legit
Bruce had the 1GB for a long time and played BF3 on it.
I saw a 7850 the other day for $119 with a $20 rebate but I think it was a 1GB

Still interested sorry I just got home.

Corsair had that semi-modular 430 watt for $20 after rebates last week.
It's $25 now with discounts and rebates.
Should be enough for that set up I would think.

Cities in Motion >>> Sim City
Blue, I just looked and I am little high on that mobo at $85 shipped. I was just going off the Newegg price. If you are interested since Phil is buying that other stuff let me know and I can go lower for you.

You should pick up Cities in Motion 2, or even 1 with all the DLC, during the Steam Sale. It's pretty fun.
