Graham Zusi was absolutely gassed in the 70th minute or so. I thought JK would have taken him off. Thankfully, he had one more play in which he came from no where and disrupted a wide open cross that went out for a corner

Unbelievable hustle play from Zusi
Ik he wasn't perfect last night by any means, but Zusi impressed me with his grit and hustle, he was busting his arse trying to defend out there. I'll take effort like that everytime

Dempsey was ok. The cut back attempt in the box was definitely a head scratcher, and I think he could have done more in pushing forward, but that wasn't the plan.

Gomez and Zusi played as long as they did because of what they offer defensively, which is great hustle and a bit of dirty work.

Not sure why Jozy got taken out. I still want to see Jozy and EJ play up top together.

Also, Sheep, I'm pretty sure we played a 4-2-3-1 and not a 4-4-2 empty bucket.

Yeah, I nearly had a heart attack. He really was busting it to get in position on that play.

In regard to Dempsey, I wasn't saying he gave up. He just didn't offer much to the game. If he didn't have anything in the tank, he needs to let the coach know that. His 75% isn't better than his backup's 100%.
