the size and athleticism upgrade on the perimeter would be huge. just hope that thing at the end of the year was a character blip. it'd be great if he could come in and play a leadership role like carmouche did.

but there were some issues with regards to shot selection
And with the character issue, makes you go hmmm..
Other than those two things he looks like he could be a solid player for us next year if he decides to join.

he and gray together could be high risk but high reward. can't ever have too many guys who can score or get to the rim.

bubba telling me that we may be interested in bryce dejean-jones, unlv grad transfer. 6'5 guard. probably confirms someone (bridgewater) is on the wya out.
If that is the case, then who are the underclassmen from this year's team who wont be back? Assuming JOB leaves, and assuming that LSU wants to fill the Bridgewater spot, then that means 2 guys along with JOB won't be back next year. Correct?

Bridge water prolly never makes it to team that's 3 and I talked to Jordan Mickey Friday and he was putting in papers for nba evaluation that could be 4 and jarell said he MIGHT come back. That could be 5.

Unless Mickey just flat doesn't want to play CBB next year, I think both he an Martin are back. The NBA eval will tell them both that they should stay in school. It's the "hanger-on's", low-level agents, and uncles (and there is ALWAYS an uncle) that will tell them to go. Just depends on who they choose to listen to.

You also need to consider our younger players transferring for playing time.

Noticed Deng Deng is the #3 composite JUCO recruit:
Deng 247
Averaged 20 points, 11 boards, 3.5 assists, 2 blocks and 2 steals a game at Lee College this season
Damn shame he couldn't make it in for us. No offense to Odo, but he would definitely be an upgrade to Odo.

No interest in making another run at Deng Deng or is cupboard too full?

We dont have any room and I doubt JJ will chase off Odo to replace him with Deng, even though Deng was plan A and Odo plan B.

Damnit. The Bryce kid from UNLV ended up at Iowa State. It happened April 14th, but I didn't see anything here
