A theory that was brought up about TWD...non-comic book readers

My co-worker is thinking that Tyrese's group was sent to the town. Trojan horse. It would be interesting if Rick's group was able to make that arrangement, because I didn't remember seeing Tyrese's group leaving the prison. Any other theories from non-comic book readers?

That's actually a very good theory

Don't worry, comic readers can't spoil this particular story arc as the show is going in a different direction at this point.
As to your theory, I doubt they're a Trojan horse. They just left due to Rick being crazy. Hopefully they'll see that the Governor is even crazier and team up with our prison folks.
Eta: Even better, Tyrese enacts the T-dog plan from Season 2: Kill all the guys and take all the white women to the coast.

Yeah I feel like they would have shown Rick talking to them.
Not a bad idea I just don't believe it's what is happening/ gonna happen

They left because crazy Rick kicked them out. Tyrese just wants a place to stay. There's no ulterior motive. This show isn't smart enough for that sort of thing.

If you were tyrese why would you so this for ricks crew?? Just doesn't all fit together

When Tyrese appeared, a gang of comic book readers got hyped up. I was surprise to see Tyrese group go to the town. I get the feeling that Tyrese and his woman are a little suspicious about the town. The two white guys seem to be on happy to help the Governor.
****LMAO! I doubt Tyrese would leave his old lady to take all the white women to the coast. She's pretty fine herself. Unless, she is ok with polygamy. In that case, HELL YA!!!****

You're right. It wouldn't make sense for him to do this for Rick's crew. I'm just wondering how Rick is going to get themselves out of the mess that they are in. They have 6 fighters: Rick, Michone, Daryl, Glen, Glen's girl and Merle.

Isn't there also a theory that Merle is a spy for the Governor's side in the prison? Somehow I find that more believable than Tyrese's group being sent by Rick to infiltrate Woodbury. I think they just left because Rick was acting crazy when he saw Ghost Lori and telling her/them to leave.
It seems obvious that they will tell the Governor's troops the weaknesses of the prison, but I don't see how the Governor would really trust them completely and bring them into his fold so easily though. (I think someone brought that up in last episode's thread. Interesting that the title of the episode was "I ain't a Judas", which could refer to Andrea, Merle, and Tyrese's group, all trying to prove themselves.)

I don't think Tyrese's group is at Woodbury as a Trojan Horse. If this was the case I don't think they would have told the Governor they had been at the Prison.

I always liked Cutty on The Wire and I will hate it if he dies in TWD. So I'm pulling for him to get back with Rick's crew. That boxing gym was really keeping him in shape though. He's kinda let himself get fat since the world went to shite.

Kill the head and the body will die. I wouldn't be surprised if Andrea eventually mans up and kills the Governor.

Of course Rick and his crew have taken out like 10 of the Woodbury people (especially if you count those Michone killed) and lost like two people to them (and those two were non core group members). Depending on which way Merle blows, I'd say it's a pretty even fight. Heck, the gov. is recruiting kids and old ladies.
Now, if Rick and crew stay in the prison long enough they could get soft like the Woodbury lot but there always seems to be some challenge to toughen them up.
