all game will be played on Monday nights. the defense has one designated player who is allowed to make contact with the offense.

Since when? I've been watching NFL my whole life and never knew the consensus was the draft was "the halftime of the offseason". I always think, football ends early Feb, starts back up in the fall. Seems simple enough.
