Havel? The fat guy at the bottom of the tower? If you're low level he is going to be very very tough, and will take you a while. It's best to roll from his attacks, backstab, repeat.

Havel? Does he look really fat and and ha a dragon tooth (big club looking thing)? He will one shot you no matter what so you have to roll and avoid getting hit. It's possible to beat him at a low level. I beat him with a new character without leveling up but it took 30+ backstabs and it wasn't easy. Since you're new, I'd just come back once you have better gear and stats. He drops the best ring in the game
