Their stats are very similar across the board.

Only because Jordan's stats already factor in the declining years and then the wizard's years. LeBron would need to play like he is in his prime well past his prime.

faster

Based on what? Jordan was a freak athlete

He could drive to the hole every time he gets the ball and shoot a lay up.

Considering defenders worse than Jordan can force LeBron into shooting jump shots, I doubt Jordan would be pushed around like you seem to thing. Factor in that Jordan has many more ways to score Jordan is the easy choice

Bron can't stand playing against MELLO. Watch the next time the Knicks play the Heat.

MJ would AI the frick out of LBJ, cause ACL tears in both knees then drape his nutz across his face as he dunks on him

What makes you think he can't do this? That's why I said only time will tell.

Everywhere I look says Lebron ran a 4.4. Yes, faster.

A team game is very different than a 1 on 1 with no shot clock buddy.

I'm a pretty big Bron fan, but he can't even beat guys like Granger or Durant in one on one situations every time. There's no way in hell he'd drive right by Jordan over and over again. People are underestimating MJ's athleticism in here.

don't kid yourself. Players don't get better after their prime. LeBron can probably sustain this production for 4-5 more years, then he will inevitably decline. Jordan's career numbers to age 28 are clearly better than Bron's.

LeBron couldn't run a laser timed 4.4 if his life depended on it.

So I guess Lebron shoots 100 percent on iso plays? Way to miss the point.

Jordan is still the better ball handler and shooter.

Jordan.

It'd be close, but I say MJ. Perimeter shooting would win it. I'd argue that MJ was more athletic too.

He hates playing Melo because he gives him tons of space and dares him to shoot. That is the plan that kept Lebron from winning rings up until last year. The Heat finally corrected this by putting him on the block waayyy more. By doing this, he forces double teams or gets a look close to the rim. I honestly believe Lebron could have 3 rings already if he would have been in the post from day one. Jumpshots and the temptation to be a guard on every play really killed him.

1) Have you ever seen MJ play, or did you watch a bunch of tapes from 1998? MJ was a freak athlete in his early days to his early prime.

2) The reason MJ is the GOAT is because his competitiveness is unmatched. He hated and wanted to destroy his opponent. He always had something to prove. He was absolutely ruthless. He would be hell bent to obliterate LeBron.

I'm just trying to spice up this thread a little bit. I figured it would send Peej into a tizzy.

At their prime LJ would back him down and score easily. MJ would have more trouble scoring on LJ therefore LJ wins. IMO
