Looking to buy some farmland in Louisiana within
1 1/2 hours from Alexandria. Would like to find 500-700 acres but would consider any amount over 200acres

If my spot gets posted I am going to be quite upset. Good luck though.

Check on the Brown Realty website, they're out of Rayville, a good friend of the family is a broker for them and handles most of the stuff in our area... Pretty sure there's a couple of pieces of farm property for sale here around the Jonesville/Monterey area

The guy crawfishing on the side of me just got a great job offer and may be letting that land go.not sure the acreage but I would guess in the 200+ range. He's catching decent crawfish too but the job offer is 6 figures and easy work. I live between Eunice and Iota. About an hour from Alec.

I saw this one the other day, but personally I think they have lost their minds on price.

Great website, you can narrow down by county on the left side. (also by price range to filter out what you don't want. And by land, or by homes)

What price range are you talking? I have a few compadres that are willing to sell and lower their acreage of farmland after crawfish season. Evangeline parish
