Isn't there one on River Road near the Brec horse center. How close can you get to it?

Southwest of bobs bayou black marina theres at least 15. Probably more than that. At one point we saw 4 eagles flying down the bayou together. Also saw one nest with a baby in it.

Farr Park. I don't know where the tree is exactly but apparently it is a big sycamore which will eliminate most and makes the tree pretty easy to find as it will be one of the biggest around. The nest is huge and should be pretty easy to spot from a distance.

Good luck.

The first long canal on the right in Crackerhead. It makes a 90 degree right hand turn and dead ends in a swamp. Look about 50 yards up in a huge cypress and there is a nest the size of a small car. We routinely see four or five eagles on each trip.

Wasn't that Hitler's mountain compound?

There is one on the tree line to the right of the spillway.
Maybe right before the spillway.

They're pretty and shite but if I see one near my dog, I'm going to throw a rock at it.

It's back. I saw it on the way in this past weekend with an adult perched at the top of the tree.

No shite? It disappeared for a while, a while back. Didn't even think to look for it on my way in yesterday. Alcohol may have had something to do with it. (I wasn't driving)

Nah, a Bald Eagle can't lift 10 pounds and almost never attacks anything like a dog. They are after fish, roadkill, birds, and anything they can steal from smaller raptors. Watching Bald Eagles mug Osprey for their fish is pretty cool.
