Thanks for the link. Yeah it was a really really fun experience. Markets like that are the only reason I would want to live in a huge metropolitan. I didn't want to leave, but we had a lot of other things to see and do.

Union Square Farmer's Market in New York City also has an incredible selection of organic, locally grown produce, meats, cheeses, breads..

Thanks! One thing I'd really like to do, is to take a cooking class in New York.. I've had a couple friends go to New York for a week, take a cooking class, get a specialty food and wine store tour with a NY chef and then visit real time restaurant kitchens with the instructor.. More to come on that...
