Well, if you sign one 4* and one 5*, the average would be 4.50. So at the rate USCw is going they could get there.

their recruiting still has weak depth. i don't care how it is averaging out. they don't have as many 4 stars as other elite schools.. to me that is where it matters most.

USC has it's own recruit grading scale. 5 stars there are like 4 stars every where else.
