Apparently they were going to a Superbowl win. They just dropped him off on the way.

Did Studs get a significant bump in pay to assume OC duties?? If so, will that comp stay or not? Would he be ok with the drop down? Don't know answers, just asking those that might.

Do we still retain stud?
He can be the BBQ taster

LSU athletic dept. was 40 million surplus this year, yet we're worried about mvoing a buddy out of the OC position. there shouldn't even be a consideratino to make a move.
farting around with this simplified offense is a joke.

My theory. Is that stud wants to go back to ol coach and won't mind a reduction.

Don't really know if it was significant, but he got bumped to 500k last offseason. Don't see any reason why it'd be necessary for him to give any of that up. To compare, Krags got bumped down to 475k when he was switched to just QB coach.

Thanks. For some reason I thought it was higher, in the 750 range. My bad.

Saw a TAF member today that a trust totally and Cam is a done deal. According to him, they will announce tomorrow.

Why would they announce on national signing day?

Do people not realize that Cam Cameron is the ding dong who drafted Ted Ginn Jr. in the first round? Then, later said Ginn would be a great return man for the Dolphins, but never mentioned him playing receiver? Drafting a return specialist in the first round is like drafting a kicker in the first round of your fantasy league draft. Not to mention, Baltimore won the Super Bowl after firing him... I'd rather someone else than Cam Cameron.

Saban passed on Drew Brees.

Guess it's a good thing we're not an NFL team or he might screw everything up in the draft!

So it'd be better if they didn't win the super bowl after firing him?

It amazes me that people like this exist.

I would think that they would hold off until Monday to announce it so they wouldn't steal any of the spotlight from the recruits
