I have a Galco, for a GLOCK!!!
I don't know if I would like the two clips on the Crossbreed. My one clip IWB Galco does great.

Fullsize pistols the Crossbreed is the way to go.
Comfort is 2nd to none. When carring around a 3+lb piece of iron on your hip you are going to want something comfortable if not you won't wear it.
Its ok...we still appreciate your input...

I specifically avoid Galco, they blantantly ripped off crossbreed.
I am all for the small guy, which crossbreed seems to a family run operation.

I used Garrett Industries to custom make my IWB holster for my XDs .45 and absolutely love it

Dale Fricke, if you are looking for Kydex AIWB.
I don't have one for my 1911's, because I don't CCW them, but I use Dale Fricke for the bulk of my AIWB holsters.
I purchased mine from One Source Tactical out of AZ.
For something very, very minimal, I use the original Vanguard holster by Raven Concealment Systems.

DM Bullard Dual Carry. Beats the hell out of a crossbreen in both looks and comfort. Costs about the same too.

White Hat
They are just like Crossbreed but have an interchangeable kydex piece so you can carry two different firearms with the same holster. Notice the screws in the picture are not pins.

I have a galco and a crossbreed. I like my galco better.

I have Galco IWB for all my guns. I was afraid that the plastic clip would break, but it has held up to daily use for over a year so far.

bgoodwin,
There are a number of Kydex holster makers and hybrid holster makers (like Cross Breed) that have fine reputations. OTOH, I'm partial to leather so I don't have any hybrid or Kydex holsters. I carry my Commander 1911 in an IWB (tuckable) from here:LINK been VERY pleased w/ it and gladly recommend it.
I can also recommend these folks: LINK
The Side Guard Holster I have is the "Tuck Clip", but the double clip models look nice, also.
Are you looking for a tuckable holster or a non-tuckable holster?
As you already know, the 1911 is a heavy gun so be sure you have a nice holster belt.
