People think LSU would've risked getting pinched by the NCAA in such an obvious manner?
Shaq was not sent to talk to RN. If they eat at the same restaurant, and RN talks to him of his own volition and wants to get an autograph, how would LSU be held liable for that?

I am sure the bylaws are really long, and since you know it's an infraction, can you just copy and paste that section in the thread so we can all save time?
My understanding is that Shaq talked with the recruits from his own table with his girl. They didn't sit together, they didn't eat at the same table, he didn't pay for their food, he shot the shite with them and then took a picture with them. I have a hard time believing that's an infraction with the NCAA.
