Overall I thought the episode was meh, but that ending was definitely different and very interesting IMO.

Yeah, that caught me way off guard.

Agreed. For me it was kind of like the final scene with Michael as he took the microphone off and handed it to them and walked away.

Did you guys not know they were going to show the documentary crew?
Posted on 1/24/13 at 8:38 pm to HumbleNinja
It's going to suck if Jim ends up staying with Dunder Mifflin.

I think Jim, Pete or Andy gets fired on the Valentines day episode.

I wasn't oblivious to the fact that their is a documentary crew there, but the situation and the way the came in is what made it a great scene IMO.

I was just saying that because the Wikipedia entry and an IGN article revealed that this episode was going to be the reveal of the crew (The beginning of the end they called it). In the coming weeks who they are and why they are there will be revealed.

I loved it. And damn Jim it's just a ballet recital.

I liked it, it is about time we see Jim and Pam fight. No relationship is that perfect.

Yeah I just read that IGN article after the episode was over. Have they released any type of schedule for the remaining episodes or a date for the finale? I work 7/7 on a tug boat so I'm trying to figure out if I'll be off for the final episode.

There is no set date yet, it only lists the episode as May 2013. The final episode will be 1 hour and will actually be the 200 episode of the show.

Few different things going on:
Dwight is trying to stop Darryl from going to work at Athlead and he believes Jim will try to poach all of Dunder Mifflin's employees.
Nellie pairs Erin and Pete on a special project to boost the company's market on Facebook, but then realizes that the two have a connection and believes it's her fault. She then gets worried, because she just got back in to Andy's good graces. Long story short, she throws them under the bus in a meeting. Later on, Toby begins to hit on her again, to her disgust, as she remembers that she made out with him.
Jim is again in Philly in an important meeting with a client, which he was supposed to be done with in time to make his daughter's dance recital. He realizes he will not make it and asks Pam to record it, specifically asking her to make sure she doesn't mess up. She does mess up, later causing a fight. She gets off of the phone after they argue and begins to cry, which is when the production crew steps in and comforts her. (Which is what we were talking about in the thread earlier)
I think that's about it.

So, are we to assume Pam is going to leave Jim for that camera dude?
