Holiday is a superior player. It's not close.
Their performances say otherwise.

Their performances?
What does that mean?
Laugh out loud if you think GV is a better player than Jrue. And I'm a HUGE fan of GV's approach.

Holiday is putting up better numbers and is 4 years younger than Vasquez. If I had to choose a PG for my team for the next 5 years, Holiday would be in my top 6, definitely behind Westbrook, Rose, and Irving, and a toss up with Curry and Rondo.

I think at the moment he should be between 10 and 14th (so 12 is about right),
If he keeps going with the same level, by the end of the season he would average 15.5 ppg and 9.5 apg, so then he would probably be between 10 and 12th (10th in average.
If he then continues next year with a season with 15ppg, 9 apg, and 3 topg, then he would be 6th to 10th (8th in average) and that would be his ceiling.
He then may be abel to keep that for two or 3 more years (until he is about 31), and then go back to top 15 level. But there are a LOT of ifs in my projection.
