Amazing that not a single person in this thread is paying interest on their Credit Card.

Never have, hopefully I never forget to pay my bill.

I did on some of my older non-rewards cards when I was 21 to about the age 27. I was stupid with my credit and paid a stupid amount of interest. I have to say it taught me a lot but it was a costly lesson. Now I pay off monthly and use the card for rewards rather than a loan.

This board is full of pretty good money people.

More like the only people submitting information to the thread are "good money people".
I have CC debt, and a rewards card :omg:

I usually cash out my Chase Ultimate Rewards points every quarter, but since I opened the card in early 2010 (roughly 2 years), I've racked up 140,217 points...cashed them all in at $1402.17.
Interest? I know I've been late a few times when traveling, so I've probably paid somewhere between $40-80 in interest (guessing).

Isn't your wife in med school or something? Y'all will be fine.

Yeah, actually got hit for 11 dollars one month, but thats less than 1% of rewards, so I'm saying 0

29500. Amex. Got 25K for free though. A month or so old account. Don't know what I can get for that.

Amex charge, no interest about 95k

I'm sitting on 650k Amex points as of last week. We usually use them for business travel and the best gift cards available.
Did pay some interest a few years ago when we used the flex plan during the credit crunch as many vendors switched over terms and we had to readjust cash flow.

Around 200k delta miles since the summer of 2010
Dunno about USAA points... I'll cash them in one day

Noone ever misstates the truth on the webs. No question on annual fees, either.
Cap One Venture rewards 2x points - cashed out 92k+ points on vacation, $59 annual fee after first year free
Amex Costco card will be receiving annual check for > $425 in February, no annual fee. If you shop at Costco having this card is a no brainer, especially for gas/restaurant points.
Closed/converted Chase Sapphire Preferred as didn't need a second 2x rewards Visa nor felt like paying the $95 annual fee, and cashed out all points for > $1100. Converted the SP credit capacity/limit to a Chase cash rewards card which I never seem to use.
Amex Skymiles card, 71k+ points, will probably close it at renewal date as spouse got a new one recently with 50k bonus points for spending $1k and no annual fee Yr 1.
I have never paid interest nor a late fee on anything CC related. Amex remains my favorite for service and other reasons, although Chase was easy to work with when the wife had her card info lifted and some A-hole rang up > $16k on 2 separate purchases of gold coins and had them delivered to an out of state address. Amex would have called to verify sizable questionable purchases, Chase didn't and I called them after checking the bill online.

A slight change of topic. Like many others I don't carry a balance on my CC. I have a Discover with 1% back on all purchases and 5% on certain other purchases that vary every quarter. My question is I spend about 1200 a month on the CC. Am I doing OK with the cash back or could I be looking a airmiles or a venture card to build points for a vacation? Never knew if the $ equalled the points.
