frick that. If someone breaks into my house their arse is heading to the morgue. Ask question? Are you shitting me? Hey man. What are you doing in my house? Why did you break my window? Please leave. No. Bang bang bitch
There is a bounty of case law in Louisiana and across the country stating that you, as the homeowner, have an obligation to warn the intruder before shooting in self-defense.
If you do not, you will not only certainly risk civil liability, but criminal prosecution is a real possibility.
Also, cheering for the death of another person based on an incident which you really know nothing about (other than a short newspaper clipping) is sad.

And that is exactly why you shoot to kill. Then he cant say you didnt warn him.

Sheeze... Did you not learn your lesson the first time you tried to play devil's advocate?
Did you even read the screencap?
The homeowner DID warn the intruder. It's dark and there's no power in the home due to a fire in the complex earlier on. Homeowner decided to stay there anyway to protect his property from burglary. Turns out his hunch was correct. Someone broke in. Remember, it's dark and no lights? If it's me, I'm slinging lead in the vicinity of wherever he's breaking in from. If a bullet happens to strike the intruder in the head, then so be it. That's the chance HE took.

I have a hard time believing this. It was never mentioned in any class Ive taken. It was recommended when you dont know the intent of the person, but if theyre in your house and you feel your life is threatened ( and I would if any intruder was in my house) you can kill.

case law in other states is irrelevant as each state is different..
in LA you are wrong... very wrong.

So you are saying that in Louisiana, that you have to warn someone who forcibly entered your house before you shoot them??? I will bet you $100 that you are wrong

When a Castle Doctrine law is passed, all that past case law goes out the window, null and void, kaput, gone, nada, to the trash heap, not worth the paper it's written on, etc.
The guy forcibly entering the home is the cause of action, not the homeowner squeezing the trigger (a human right).
Translation...no liability...criminal nor civil. Period.

heard glass breaking in his condo. He went to investigate and found a man entering through the window.
Not sure what more you need to know.
