It's nothing against RS. Lsu has had countless players come through with a skill set similar to RS. Guys who can run, catch, and throw but maybe not great at any of those skills.
Our staff simply refuses to utilize the talent they have in other ways outside of the vanilla offense we run. We have never even run a true wildcat with a man in motion.
It really is pathetic when you watch other schools utilize talent that's nowhere near what we have and get production from it and think of all the possibilities and options you could have when you have guys like RP11, holiday, doucet, chris and Jared mitchell, RR, Ware, RS, Magee and others.
We would rather run FB dives, and QB sneaks with 11 in the box though. We dont have time for that silly crap here at LSU.

You just named guys that play in the nfl and one that went strictly baseball. You have no fricking clue what ur talking about.
The coaches job at lsu is to graduate players and send them to nfl. Rs was never playing qb or rb in the nfl. The ciaches did him a favor and tried to put him in his best spot for an nfl future. Why people cant see that just baffles me. Just the miles haters looking for ammo but come to find out they are shooting blanks.

The offense was dynamic in 2007 and almost unstoppable. Haven't seen an offense like it since or before. With similar inventiveness and as good as our defense is now maybe we'd have another NC instead of 2nd place west finishes.
But then again our QBs have sucked and we still win a lot so who knows.
