The bottom is dropping out on the AR market, all parts included. Prices are the cheapest they have been in almost a decade
That's good news to my ears and $$. Sold when it was at its peak and now gonna purchase a complete or build. Haven't decided which way I want to go. Thinking I would be able to build for less hard $$ but the time factor might make up the difference.

I have BUIS somewhere around my house for the 11.5" pistol but can not for the life of me find them. Just need to put lights on each and maybe a VFG and they are done. I also need to add some flip-up BUIS to the 16". PSA has the MBUS Pro for $125 today and that is a steal from everywhere I have looked.
TTT that pistol was the one I was going to sell you, I shot it today and I am so glad you didn't want it. It shoots so smooth.

Which one did you like more? The Viper or PA scope? How is the illumination? Is it easy to do quick shots? Trying to decide on the PA 1-6, EO Tech or Aimpoint Pro.

Still haven't got the vortex in, I guess that is what happens when you order with LE discount. I haven't shot the PA yet, just finally assembled it today at the range. Where are you located? I wouldn't mind letting shoot it to see what you think of the PA.
From just playing with it, the glass is clear and the reticle is very nice. The illumination is good but have not had it out in the midday sun. I can see this being very close when I get the vortex in.

I'm in Central (Greenwell Springs)
Between the scopes I was looking at the Burris Tac30, Bushnell Throwdown PCL, Vortex Crossfire and the PA 1-6. Between the red dots it was Aimpoint Pro, EO Tech 512 or 516, PA Advanced Red dot. I haven't really decided if I like the smaller red dots. Has anybody tried out a C More red dot?

Vortex pst and primary arms for the scopes and aimpoint pro is the only option in the red dot.

From my understanding interstate
guns in Hammond is hiring a few people. Supposedly they are opening up a web store soon.
I wouldn't sweat any gun counter guy grilling you, seems like they never see up to date on stuff.

Posted on 8/6/14 at 2:24 am to Carson123987
bought a Noveske the other day and thought of you. I'm going to see what all the talk is about when it gets here in a couple days.

I use to work for a sporting goods store and I worked the gun counter. You really have nothing to worry about. There is a niche market with guns. Know that market and you will be fine. Ours was when the 45-70 was made legal in MS during primitive weapon season. Just had to know how much it was and what had a "better bullet"
Next thing is just to play with the guns all day and get use to them. Tell the customers why you would buy them or not.
Last thing. Have an opinion because they WILL ask for yours (just don't over stress it). If they don't, they already know what they are looking at.
