My uncle and I were debating this last night. He says that all game calls in La are illegal unless they are predator calls. I'm fairly sure that electronic turkey calls are illegal but I thought that deer calls were legal.

Electric calls, non electric calls, baiting, and hunting off of anything other than a white 5 gallon bucket and with anything other than a 20 ga shotgun shooting buckshot is illegal.

I've occasionally used my Primos app with the grunt, bleet, and rattle on it while bow hunting. I have no idea when those calls are supposed to be used and why but I tried it

Didn't work FYI

Also dont think the iPhone was loud enough

Note: Dont waste your money on the Primos app

I've seen an electric goose call work like a mf-in charm. No one shot, but goddamn geese came out of the woodwork. Ole boy nearly shite himself upon exiting a nearby trailer. The device looked like a tackle box with a siren horn on one end. Who knew?
