i have a WANT to see Shep throw a pass

I expect him to get one jet sweep, then diy the bench for 3 quarters, then a bubble screen.
Please be wrong though, I want him to go out with a bang

your hypothesis may be incorrect; if so, he will not be a big factor in that game. you have bought into the theory that miles and the coaches have intentionaly underused him. the premise that our coaches do not play the players that give the team the best chance of winning is ludicrous. as far as the second part of your statement that he was underdevelooped, it is your opinion only. i have seen him play for 4 years and i have seen a young man give it his best but just was a "tweener" and could not win a position because there were players better than him in all three positions he played.

Not implying that he was intentionally under used just is what it is. LSU is very talented and only have some many touches to go around. Other schools with less talent would showcase RS10 in different formations and get him the ball simply because play makers are at a premium. We have so many talented backs that he tween-er status hurts him. Not a good receiver but more of a specialty player. By playing him more in the Peach Bowl is not LM admitting he was wrong but more helping someone who has sacrificed for the team. I still look for him to get 10 touches plus or minus 2.

Les is fiercely loyal to his seniors and quite frankly owes RS. Look for LM to make good on this.

Everyone always points to JL. He had his shot against Bama at BDS and looked scared and intimidated. If RS does not get meaningful touches I would be surprised.

I hear this shite before EVERY single game! Yet somehow he doesn't get a touch, catch a pass, or run a single yard. Give it up people. It's not going to happen, whether it be from poor utilization from our coaches or declining talent from himself. Mark my words. He will NOT be the difference in this game, he won't "turn the tide", he won't be our "secret weapon", and he probably won't even get to feel leather...One of this team's saddest stories..Wish him the best of luck wherever he ends up after the last game of his college career, but you are waiting on a miracle

is he our best receiver? NO

is he our best q.b.? NO
not sure why in the hell les would use him alot for the bowl game.
has he averaged 8 yards/carry? YES :)
not saying he ought to be in every play, but hope he gets some significant playing time. think has done a lot for LSU other than his OWN playing...
just my thoughts.

Yards per touch is great. He is one of those rare guys that can go the distance anywhere on the field. RS best football is ahead.
