The Tide's running game was very impressive against Georgia. Two very talented backs and an overwhelming OL.

What do all of you think about LSU's backs compared to Bama's

How about comparing the OL's

LSU holds its own in the run game.

Three of our starters had to be replaced. They returned everyone and didn't lose anyone. And their smug faced entitlement clown center that looks like he wears his pants IRL at his throat came back to play center. Not the same.

I think they're as good. It took awhile to get the o-line together, Bama has had the bed fit of having the same people on there for years

Not until Stud can learn the secret holding technique that Bama employs.

LSU has better backs and Bama has a better O-line AND offensive gameplan. The way LSU'S O runs is that they would NOT have been able to pull off that play-action for the last TD like Bama did. I think LSU has better talent overall on offense, BUT with Miles having his hands ALL OVER IT they will NEVER reach the heights they could.

LSU had more yards and yards/game than the last two years. Obviously our O-Line took a step back this year with injuries and poor play, and so we slipped behind them.

No reason why we can't get back on top in the future.

Our run game is equal. They get to run thru truck-sized wholes because they never get called for holding.

we don't have anyone like Yeldon....best feet I've seen in years. Lacy is a TR clone. advantage bama.

Yep. OL was the killer.

The way to beat a straight 3-4 (what Georgia runs) is running up the middle.

GA nose tackle could not soak up more than one blocker, the center. Guards were able to slam the inside LBs. Bama used three WR at times, which appears to have taken the DBs out of run game support.
