And it's a perfectly valid point. The Sabanites simply will never let go.
Can you imagine what this board would look like if Miles had made the same clock blunders that Saban made in the first half?? It would be awesome

what does what saban did in the SECCG have to do with LSU? nothing. Yet you felt compelled to start a thread to try to show that Saban is not so much better than Miles when reality says differently

This... You hate what you fear, and so many LSU fans are terrified of Nick Saban. They bring his name up constantly.

Is Mile$ a better coach than Saban? Of course not. But Saban will retire as one of the greatest coaches of all time. Not many coaches are his equal.

Le$ Mile$ is a good coach and is leading LSU through what is the best era of football in the school's history. Nick Saban started this upswing and Le$ Mile$ has continued it.

I prefer to say "thanks" to both Saban for starting this great run and to Mile$ for keeping it going.

Saban is underachieving at Bama. If Coach Miles were to bolt for Bama, the Crimson Tide would have won more national championships.

I think so, too. It seems to me that Saban models his coaching and play calling on Coach Les Miles.

Yes it does. He was trying to show that play calling isn't LSU's problem. I don't agree, but it was a valid point.

Thread FAIL.

It wasn't the same situation. LSU was up 3. Alabama was up 4. LSU put Alabama in FG range in three plays so they had a tie at worst. The TD was just lagniappe.

Prevent worked for Alabama because Georgia needed a touchdown.

Prevent only works if you are up 4 or more.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. But apparently that logic doesn't work on Les Miles fans.

Nice retort. I guess you don't understand that a 3 point lead is light years different than a 4 point lead. Of course les miles fans think a NC victory and a regular season victory are equal, so I'm not surprised you're too dense to understand.

It wasn't coaching that won it yesterday; it was the lack of coaching that lost it

Saban just won 11, about to be 12 and another national championship. What's YOUR point? Oh, I see you are content with 10 wins. Enjoy!!
