I don't gamble chief. If I'm wrong I'm wrong. Maybe he cooked them out of his own kitchen. The building Ruth's Chris is in now was built for it specifically and was the first franchise built. He also built one shortly after in Chicago. If he had some rented or smaller place prior to opening the current location how about you tell us? I'll be the first one to acknowledge how smart you are.
