thats why you cant evaluate Miles objectively. You were so scarred by such lean years you refuse to accept that LSU is a top 3 program and deserves a top 3 coach. I like Miles. I think he is a 10-2 coach. I think he will find a way to lose 2 games a year with more superior talent than everyone else besides Bama. He is very good but not top 3.

LOL. This is what happens when sports programs have a period of success. Their fans get entitled, delusional, and, ultimately, insufferable.

Or else he's trolling hard.

CLM has done a wonderful job at maintaining (and strengthening) what Saban began...and only the most irrational, unobjective rantard can't see that.

Looks like the state of Alabama is the best thing to ever happen to Saban.

Miles has done a much greater Job in maintaining the program...How many National Champion coaches leave a program like saban did at LSU and Miles steps in and maintains the winning tradition for a long as he has plus win another NC...I would think he is on a very short list of coaches for this type of accomplishment.

So you are still in love with Saban?
You do know that he never, never intended to stay at LSU for very long, don't you?
You do realize that LSU was nothing more than just another item on his resume, don't you?
You do remember that he dangled the leaving for the NFL at LSU fans year after yewar after year until he finally got the deal he wanted?
Love him if you must but I think it's like falling in love with a high priced hooker. She might look nice, give you a great ride, but at some point she is going to dump your arse for someone else with more $$$$$.

I get sick of all the Miles hating every season. I lived through the Hallman, Stovall, and Dinardo years. Les is the best thing that ever happened to Tiger football period.

Same here. I think if you didnt have the Saban years at LSU to compare to then I think Miles would be much more highly revered.

Stovall years

Not fair. He had to come in and Coach with a Staff he didn't choose. He did this because of a love for his School. Going to the Orange Bowl wasn't so bad and he brought in arguably LSU's best recruiter ever in Pete Jenkins. He finally got kids from NOLA, including kids from St Aug and Curtis.

Coach Stovall provided Arnsparger with great talent. Recruited much, MUCH better than Arnsparger/Archer.

Sure. But he said 10-2 coach. The man was 13-1.

Duh.

Please disengage yourself from Saban's nub long enough to enlighten us as to who the other two are.
