Cotton with Texas and A&M would be a cool way to live out their rivalry one more time

If Stanford beats UCLA this weekend, Oregon has no chance to get the rose bowl. Stan will win the north and play UCLA in the conf champ game. The winner gets the Rose bid. I guess this guy hs no faith in Stanford!! Or do I have this wrong?

How smug does Bama come off to the national media? A week ago, just about every pundit had UGA beating Bama in the SECCG. Now, because KState and Oregon lost, suddenly Bama has its shite together and will beat UGA.

I guess since they have something to play for, all their problems are now fixed, right?

Texas or OU is the match up I want. The venue doesn't matter to me.

UF wins goes to Sugar.
Bama backdoors to another BCSNCG
Uga goes to Cap One
USC to Outback
A&M to Cotton
LSU to CFA, similar to 2005

KSU vs. Oregon-Fiesta
Rutgers/Louisville vs FSU-Orange
Florida vs. Oklahoma-Sugar
Stanford vs. Nebraska-Rose
Bama vs. Notre Dame-BCS

I hope I'm wrong.

Are LSU fans going to be all that excited about the sugar bowl again? Will OU fans outnumber them like Bama fans did on 1/9? I ask because it doesn't thrill me for some reason. I know it's crazy because I should be thrilled about us potentially sneaking into a BCS bowl but I guess I had my hopes set on Fiesta or even the Rose.

I think the Cotton/Jerry Bowl wants to present itself as more than a regional sideshow. For that reason, given the opportunity (i.e., depending on what's available to them), I suspect they try to go away from an all-Texas matchup.
