RS is brought up damn near every week in threads when it gets close to gameday. The kid has not done shite in 3 years why do you think this is going to change? I want him to step up, but I think he will do what he has almost always done. Very little.

he had a long catch in last Nov's game. of course, if he'd had stayed on his feet it would have likely been the only TD of the game....

And he had a long run almost for a TD the year before that. He's had success vs Bama. Speed to the outer edges is usually one of the few ways to make big plays on them

he caught a badly thrown screen in 09 that I think went for a 1st down. he also had a sweep play that he converted for a 1st down in that game (pretty sure that kept alive the drive where D-Lo caught the TD).
in the 2011 regular season game, he made that big catch that put us in FG range.
Shep has actually made plays vs. Bama when he's gotten the chance.
