My thought on where Les's football philosopohy is flawed is this:
Les: "I have a great D and ST's, I don't neeed to to have a prolific O and take risks."
Should be: "I have a great D and ST's, I can afford to take some risks on O."

Should be: "I have a great D and ST's, I can afford to take some risks on O."

I agree with this. I wish he would be willing to take more chances knowing the D has his back.
