Future Schedule post-2013

Why just 2013? We used to, before expansion, know the SEC schedule way into the future. In fact, lsusports.net was pretty good about posting the SEC schedules for like the next 5 years in the past.
My question is----is this what we should expect in future years? Wait until the mid-point of the football season, and they release next year's schedule, and we get some random SEC East opponent (in addition to Florida every year)?
I like playing Florida every and want that to stay. But it did not make sense to me why we did not return the trip to Kentucky this year (when they came to BR in 2011) and Carolina just popped onto our schedule. Then, we do not return the trip to them but go to Athens? I like that we are going to Athens next year and am not complaining. What I do not like is the inconsistency.
If there is a method to this, we can't they come out and say it (like they are keeping track and we will play every East team once in a 6 year cycle, at the end of which we start over but play them in the opposite location). Can anyone shed some light on this? It is not that I need to know the 2014 schedule now, I just want to know if their is a method or not.
I have heard that NCAA probably mandates SEC goes to 9-game conference schedule starting in 2014 which they will do to every conference to make it fair for 4-team playoff selection. I would support this. Then we could go to a 6-1-2 format and see more teams from the conference.
Does anyone know if this is true or if the SEC, at some point, will publish what the actual method is for future schedules going forward?

I'm sure the Gumps will get Vandy and Tenn in 2014. LSU will get Florida and UGA again.

Probably not.
But why do people think the east opponent is randomly selected.
It's only the same rotation that's been in place for a decade now, just cut to one game alternating home and away.

This is wrong. If it is the same as it has been, Georgia would be a home game in 2013 as it was in 2008 and in 2003 (03 was a great game). We went to Georgia in 2009 and 2004 which would suggest we would go there again in 2014. So, if you are saying it is the same as it used to be, that is not correct. If it was Georgia would be a home game in 2013.
Yes, I do think they are randomly selected which is why I want to know if there is a method. Or, are they just stalling until 2014 because they know we will need to play 9 games?

No, I said its the same ORDER.
I didn't say it's the same.
In these bridge years we are trading home/away with different opponents.
Georgia won't be coming to BR in 14, replaced by a new opponent.

Our young men just need to have "the want" to compete and win each week on the field of play; no matter the opponent; no matter the field.

Did everyone else keep the same order?

Because we are waiting for Clemson and FSU

Because Alabama wants to see who's going to be SEC bottom dwellers in 2014 before they finalize their schedule.

If you don't want to come to LSU to play with the best and against the best, I don't want you.
