Holy shite...that sounds just like the stuff that was being said on here last week....almost to the word.

Les is overdue for trying something crazy.
It crossed my mind that one of those two field goals inside the 10 yard line might have been faked or one of the ensuing kickoffs was going to be on-sides.

Search deeper and you will find cock fans who thought he passed too much and felt Lattimore should have gotten 25+ carries.

Considering the huge offensive output and time of possession difference and the fact that LSU went into the game with less to work with(injuries and inexperience), I would have to say Miles easily outcoached Spurrier. The only thing I think Spurrier did better was redzone offense.

I had to make sure I wasn't reading TD there a couple times.

Most of these posts are way wrong.
Miles and his staff did their usual excellent job. So did Spurrier. LSU won in the trenches on offense and defense, and that's what most fans confuse with 1) good coaching 2) good QB'ing and 3) good RB play.

Every time I hear someone on TV say Spurrier is a super duper offensive guru I chuckle! There is no imigination. Nothing creative. Every JV football team offense runs our plays. After game the basically blamed whole loss on Shaw. Yeah couldn't be coaching

I'd say no. Considering how many points the Cocks generated with so few yards, the successful red zone attempts, the perfect playcalls when they needed them.
We just saw that LSU has a much more talented team and SCs defense wasn't as awesome as everyone said.

Has Miles ever lost to Spurrier? Come to think of it has LSU lost to Spurrier's Gamecock teams ever?
I know he owned us at Florida.

But I liked Spurrier's playcalling in the red zone much more than I liked ours.

When they ran into the teeth of our defense and failed to pick up first downs, I thought, wait which team is this? Hats off to miles and staff. All this teams needs is a few first downs through the air and we can roll with runs.

Absolutely, we got exposed tonight and we will not beat UF unless we have a better game plan than tonight.
